There is a tremendous amount of room for improvement here in all facets of the travel experience.  Good news, we can only go up from here... 
Admittedly, if you're an experienced traveler, with no bags to check, getting in and out of this place is fairly simple.  However, to be so ill-prepared at the end of December and have to wait 60 minutes on the runway for a de-icing truck is pretty inexcusable.  "Psssst... it gets cold in NH in the winter..."  If there were multiple planes and flights to de-Ice, this would be understandable but alas there is one terminal, one plane and one flight.

The local community conducts a welcoming home ceremony for all inbound military flights from oversears - I was fortunate to have been on one of those flights and be apart of the ceremony. Truly a great airport and even greater community.
