Bagels are great, staff argue amongst themselves as to specifics and who is responsible for doing the work. Twice now they have screwed up an order because they are bickering about who has to do what. I know it is a local small business, best approach is to complain directly to them and shame them into doing the order correctly, if you believe in supporting locally owned small businesses, otherwise, go find a Noahs
