Love this place so much they are all awesome and don't charge a arm and leg like most my nails today with fill and design cost me 54 dollars.... I enjoy going and well worth the wait.

Was not open on time and after I waited ten minutes to enter after opening time their credit card machine was down. This was not a new situation so it should have been posted on a place that was visible from outside. These two things lead to only one possible assessment: unprofessional.

I love my nails. She did the gel polish and it looks beautiful!!!! She did a great job.

I had an awful experience. I was told the wait would be 5-10 minutes, I sat waiting for 20 minutes. The woman who did my nails used dirty tools, was rough with my hands to the point of rubbing them raw. She went on to use an acrylic nail drill on the top of my nail plate on all of my nails, something that should NEVER be done. She insisted the normal polishes they offered would "chip in 2 hours" and there would be no refund as a way to guilt me into buying gel. She also did not apply a base coat to my nails. It's been two days and my nails haven't chipped. As I was drying my nails under the fan, I glanced over and saw a plastic fish habitat affixed to the wall.... with a dead betta fish and yellow water in it.

Utterly disgusted and dissatisfied.
