We are a full service spa and hair salon that offers expertise, amazing services and a wonderful environment that set us apart in Central Kentucky. I absolutely love this place. The environment is very welcoming and the staff is so friendly. I have been here multiple times and have always left feeling more confident and happy. Stylist there are experienced and work with your needs. I personally go to Lauren, who is fantastic and a 10/10 beautician! I recommend this place with the utmost confidence that you will have a pleasant experience!

I would not recommend Posh Salon to anyone. My husband spent a significant amount of money on a luxurious package and what I got was not a luxurious experience. I was left waiting for a significant amount of time between services and wasn't even offered something to drink- let alone anything to eat since I was there for a total of 6+ hours. My massage was not relaxing, as I could hear people talking and laughing in adjacent rooms. My spa manicure was supposed to last at least an hour and didn't even come close to lasting that long. The technician actually left me sitting there for a significant amount of time to take a phone call. They do not provide nail dryers for your finger or toe nails, which is why my finger and toenails look horrendous just hours after leaving there. I actually didn't even make it to my car before I had to turn around and go back to have a nail fixed that had chipped half way off.  The color selection is extremely limited. I asked for a dark brown and got purple instead. The atmosphere is not clean. There were actually dead stink bugs on the shelving I was sitting next to during my manicure. The technician's station was filthy and she tried to use unclean tools that were just laying on her station. The massage chair during my pedicure didn't work. They tried to charge me extra money for the services that were already included in my package. I honestly could go on and on about how bad the experience was and how disappointing it is that my husband spent such a large sum on money on something he hoped would be a fantastic experience for me. I've tried to contact the spa; however, they are closed and do not provide another outlet (email, etc.) to be contacted. (Edit- I did find an alternate method of contact through FB messenger. I was told I would be contacted by a manager tomorrow.)

After 3 months i was ready for a highlight.  Recently moved from Fl.  I have highlighted my adult life.
After 2.5 hours with Hayley,  i came out with pretty much what i walked in with.  I have had blond highlights forever.  I was STILL DARK at the new growth. Very dark.  (Photos available)
You can tell things are not going well when while shampooing your stylist continually rubs on root area over and over.  I knew at the shampoo bowl.
After 200.$ plus a 20.$ tip, we agreed on a "REDO".
MY HAIR IS VERY FINE,  AND WAITING ONLY 2 WEEKS I FELT MY HAIR MIGHT BURN.
I scheduled an appointment for the redo.
After much conversation with scheduling and what i thought was understood,  2 hours before appointment time, H calls me and asks " what are you looking to get done"?.  Well!  What?  I went in for blond highlights and walked out with still dark growout.!  
She advised that it would not be free,  it would not be half price, she made no concessions.
I asked "another 200.$ plus tip??? 
Shocked.  
If you walk in for one thing,  should you pay for her mistakes.  
I was kind, considerate, but had to wear my hat out of salon.
My friends asks why i changed my hair color.
I didn't......my stylist did.
This is the first negative review i have ever given to anyone for any service.  I'm too nice.

I LOVE coming here! My stylist Beth is amazing and I always feel like a million dollars when I leave. It's a bit pricier than Im used to spending; but you get what you pay for.

Jennifer Manly does a great job. Everyone of the staff that I encountered were friendly and professional.  I highly recommend this salon.
