Positive Realty has been serving it's clients and customers since 1979. Our three offices are located in Brainerd, Baxter and Nisswa Minnesota.

Positive Realty has for many years maintained an active involvement and investment in the Brainerd area.

We strive to give you the most educated and qualified service possible and to fulfill this goal our company offers 5 Past Presidents of the Brainerd Board of Realtors and 100% agent membership in local, state, and national Board of Realtors. Positive Realty has first-hand experience in real estate development including lakeshore, acreage, suburban lots, and spec and patio home projects.
