Post Avenue Pharmacy is a family owned and operated independent pharmacy that focuses on personal patient care. Our staff is here to help you with all of your pharmacy questions and needs along with any other needs you may have, convenience is very important to us when serving the very fast paced community. We are very proud to be serving the health and wellness needs of the Westbury area residents with a view to each patient's need as a priority.

Post Avenue Pharmacy is awesome! Usually I am skeptical to try new pharmacies but Post Avenue Pharmacy provided such a wonderful client service experience for me. They made me feel like I was at home and the staff consisted of highly trained professionals that were able to answer ALL of my medical questions. Going forward, I don't see myself changing pharmacies again. Thank you Post Avenue Pharmacy for your professional courtesy and hospitality!

Post Avenue pharmacy was there for me while Duane Reade left me in the dark when I attempted to fill a prescription. The team at Post Avenue pharmacy treats me like their own family member. They answered all of my questions regarding the prescription and were kind enough to delivery my medication the next day! I won't being go back to these big corporate pharmacies any longer. Post Avenue is my new home for all my medication needs! Thank you Post Avenue - you define patient care !

Post Ave pharmacy offers better quality and service than its larger more corporate counterparts. You're not treated as just a customers but as a family member. Rich the head pharmacist and owner Helps with every question I have and always leads me in the right direction I would much rather choose a small friendly pharmacy over a chain when dealing with my health.

i love coming to this pharmacy, not only to get my prescriptions filled but also to buy from their wide variety of over the counter items. When you come to this pharmacy you can expect nothing but the best and quickest service, the staff is very friendly and treats you like family, ready and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy their customers!
