Great guys to work with always very accommodating to get car serviced.

Tony is simply the best! We have taken our cars to him for years instead of dealers or other garages. Tony is always fair with his prices, never does "extra" unnecessary work, and stands behind his work.

Once we had a serpentine belt replaced on a car and a couple months later it literally shredded when we started the car. We had it towed to PPS and Tony had it fixed the same day and didn't charge us. So the next day, breakfast for Tony and the guys was on us!

Without going into a very long detailed story if your car breaks down in their lot get it towed elsewhere to have it fixed. My car was repaired and handed back to me without a key step being done as part of the repair. 

Taking it back I was given an attitude as in Tony's own words he doesn't like people he doesn't know riding him. Let me say that paying just over $300 for the job without question less than an hour before I think we know each other well enough at this point. Even so I apologized a couple times saying I just wanted my car running as well as it did before the repair and I was looking for a good mechanic to have the other repairs done.

I was told my car had other issues which were clear as day and spoken about before any work was done. Basically I was being told my car was a POS what do I expect. After my suspicion was confirmed by the "parts changer" coming over and admitting it in front of me he didn't really finish the job, didn't ask anyone competent enough what to do and just handed it off incomplete I must report no apologies were made. A half assed attempt was made by Tony himself at a most simple operation to correct the issue. All while Tonys friend tried to assure me he was the man for the job I watched everything being done wrong.

I ended up going home and completing the job myself a few days later. BTW I waited a few months to write this review so my feelings didn't color my words.
