The food is very delicious at Potager but the new development of adding tip for the kitchen staff on the bill as well is pretty strange to me. Is the owner of this restaurant not willing to pay is personal well enough? It seems to me that way. My wife and I used to go there at least every three weeks but now with that inadequate change we're not coming back. There more then enough excellent restaurants in Denver who are willing to pay there personal well so there is no need of the costumer to subsidy

Potager Restaurant has been around since 1997. Potager is the complete picture: from the farmers and ranchers that they get their meat and produce from, to the staff that cares. You simply CAN NOT beat a better restaurant!!! Price - pricey, but SO worth it! Go for a special occasion, we do. Atmosphere - wonderful! fancy, but not fancy (go see for yourself). I LOVE the way the kitchen "flows" into the dining area. The patio is a MUST when the weather is nice. I live in the neighborhood, and I never knew the patio was even there! Go see for yourself. Menu - EXCELLENT!!!! I CAN'T say more! It changes monthly, or at least seasonally. I read other reviews and yes, the portions are smaller, but who needs HUGE portions today. The food is prepared so you actually "taste" the seasonings, and can appreciate the time and effort that went into actually preparing the food, and finally getting it to you. This is NOT a restaurant for those that think Chili's (or similar restaurants) are the best there is out there. The meals are not mass produced. This restaurant is for the person who can truly appreciate everything that goes into preparing a fabulous meal. Bar - yes, although small, it isn't obtrusive either. It is not the first thing that you notice when you walk into the restaurant. Wait Staff - EXCELLENT! Must admit, their entire staff is the best, no, the BEST that we have ever encountered! They are not in your face, but you know they are there, and they really CARE!!! EXCELLENT!!!! EXCELLENT!!!! EXCELLENT!!!!

This place is amazing. Foods I was scared of as a child were magnificent to eat here. This is a must to try out. The menu is spectacular ali g with the wine list. David is the coolest dude ever. You will not be disappointed if you stop in. All courses from the apps to main entree to the desert are top notch.

Wonderful ambience, fantastic service and amazing food - and a good drinks selection too! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Denver.

Always top quality ingredients with perfect preparation. Great wine list and service. An upscale place with a relaxed feel. One of our favorite places in Denver
