Terrible experience. Sandwiches looked like garbage with rotten ingredients. First of all they took 1 hour to prepare my online pick up order. The app showed that the order is ready, but when I went to the store it wasn’t ready. I had to keep asking the staff to prepare the sandwiches and it took them another 45 minutes. When the order finally came, they got me the wrong sandwiches. And then I had to ask them to replace which took another 10-15 mins. Taste was really bad and I wish I could give Zero stars. Would never go to any Potbelly again!
My roast beef sandwich was below average. Hardly any beef and average quality meet. The sandwich presentation also did not look good. I won't Order any more from this company.
Ordered a couple milkshakes, but they had pieces of plastic wrapping mixed in. That was after waiting 35 minutes just to get them while 4 employees stood around chatting with each other. The sandwiches and salads we got couldn't even be made properly due to missing ingredients. Terrible experience, do not recommend anyone come here.
**EDIT** The MANAGER redid my Sandwhich and it was still very wrong. I didn’t want tomatoes, they didn’t add what I did what, and there was a little piece of chicken???? Not only did they make our sandwiches wrong THREE times. Making it so I didn’t have time to even eat my Sandwhich. They were advertising shake OR drink with the meal, even though the shake is no longer part of the meal. At first they wouldn’t honor it or take the sign down. We went back because the Sandwhich was still wrong, and the manager was nice and fixed the Sandwhich and honored the meal deal. But they really need to get it together.
Okay-okay so potbelly is a fresh, hot yummy sandwich place. The food was super good and fast. They have a nice selection of sandwiches, soups, salad and shakes and so much more. It was a fluke we stopped here but I'm glad we did and recommend it to anyone craving a warm yummy sandwich.
Inconsistent in services. I contacted twice about them shorting me half my sandwich since they didnt read my order carefully and nobody ever got back to me. Closest to my work place and we order fro. This location a lot. And they consistently never makes the order right.
Got my takeout order wrong. Sorry Michael, they gave me the veggie sandwich you ordered. And they probably put my chicken sandwich in your bag. Also missing the chili I ordered. Worst thing is there is no way to request a refund in the app.
We have been to this Potbelly shop a few times but our last visit was so great that I had to leave a review. The service was fast and friendly and the food was fantastic! I especially want to mention Jose. He made a pizza sub that was especially good and the farmhouse salad of my dreams. The whole visit was great. Thank you so much! We’ll be back again.
We buy sandwich frequently and I love their sandwich and soups. I had ordered veggie sandwich or you can call it a sub too 9 inch with whole wheat bread. The bread was soft and tasty and the sandwich was very tasty. Another was chicken sandwich which was customized with mayo, mustard and hot sauce was yummy.
Ordered online at 7 am to pickup at 11:45. Did not get sandwiches until 12:30. Our sandwiches were on the bottom of a pile of other sandwiches, so although ours were made first, we got them last. We could have honestly got in line and had them made fresh 15 minutes faster. If you can't bag at the same speed as the sandwiches are made, then you should move some sandwich makers to bagging. If not, then shut off online ordering.
