Great sandwich but they put a lot of stuff i don’t ask for and they only had chips for a side still the food was on point
Very rude workers one young lady and waved me off while I was in the drive-through window so I realize that I was missing a whole sandwich and also my soup so I went in the inside to get it also I put another in order for cookies one of the young ladies tell me we did that order already and I said I order again she gave me a very hard time I’m showing her that I ordered cookies in the app. She was basically telling me that I only can order one time not multiple times. What type of business is this that nice staff need to be fired if you wanted to be treated with respect, please go to another potbelly’s not this one. Parking: You can’t park for long because the workers come out and rush you to move
I ordered a pickup on-line, when i went to pick up they were out of my soup and incorrectly made one of the sandwiches plus it didn't take the buy one get one coupon off. They told my husband they didn't know how to adrefund it and to take it up with my bank. I would love my money to be refundedFood: 2/5
Went through the drive-thru today on September 1st, 2023. The service was fast and wonderful. The girl working the drive-thru window was very polite. I had the chicken pot pie soup for the first time and it is out of this world delicious. I can't believe I've been missing out on it all of these years. Will be getting it a lot more. The cheddar broccoli soup is always fabulous as well. Thanks Potbelly for great food.
They will never get your sandwich right. Asked for a turkey sandwich with everything. I even had to tell the staff how to redeem my perk points. Like what. And the drive thru has been down for weeks with not taking card. Ridiculous.
I read all the reviews before I wrote mine and I know we all ain’t lying or crazy. Smh. I came here the other day for the first time and my sister and got a sandwich and soup. I got the avo Turkey sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup. My sister got the tuna sandwich and the vegetable soup. My sandwich was just full of Turkey and it looked like a dog licked it and put it back on the sandwich. It was one pickle and 3 cucumbers. I counted. Even the pickle had no flavor. The soup was fine just not hot. My sister sandwich was so disgusting looking. Looked like someone chewed up the insides of her sandwich and spit it back on the bread. Her soup was fine but not hot either. Ridiculous. First time coming and last time as well!
The Avo Turkey is a big "nothing burger" It literally tastes like nothing! So I picked it apart and my conclusion is you have to stop using these low quality foods. The only thing I enjoyed was the bottled water...smhFood: 1/5
Went in and had the worst experience no customers were in the store beside me & husband then another young lady came behind us. We watch the girl behind the counter just stand there looking down she never addressed us or looked up to make eye contact but she knew we were standing there. After trying to give her a second to finish doing nothing. She walks away to wash her hand she was moving so slow she could’ve shower as long as it took to wash her hands. She comes back to the counter still don’t look up so we just watching her. Waiting on the her customer service to kick in. No luck there. I look over the counter a catch the other girl eye she says that the girl in front of us will be with us. By this time I’m so hot and disgusted with this girl attitude, and lack of training we decided to leave. I asked the girl at the register for the manager she tells me he’s around somewhere. I guess it was him in the parking talking with another employee when we pulled up. I said to her this is terrible customer service, and if the young lady don’t want to work she shouldn’t be there that was ignorant. I did a complaint online. But I was so upset that I wanted to talk to someone in management. I called up there clearly the lady that answered the phone wasn’t either one of them that was in the store. I asked to speak with the store’s manager she tells me he’s around there doing things! I was like was does that have to do with him getting on the phone. She puts me on hold for over 12 minutes 34 seconds later, still no manager picks up the phone. By this time I’m sure they have plotted together because I said that I was going to call back. After I hung up the phone ,and I called right back no answer. I called from my husband’s phone one of the girls from behind the counter answered not sure which one if it was the rude one or the one at the register at this point. Now they trying to screen my call. I asked again to speak with a manger please . She asked what is was about I said can I talk with your manager , and no I didn’t want to tell her what it was about because I didn’t know if it was the one I had the complaint about. So let the games begin she put the guy that was at the drive through window on the phone as I’m talking to him about the situation he had the audacity to ask me if this girl saw us at the counter that question alone made me know that this wasn’t no manage sir Ray Charle could see us standing there! If he was the manager no wonder the employees act this way. After I gave him the whole run down of the situation at the end of my venting he said oh ok. I said did you just say ok nothing else. Than he said I was just getting my paper together than he said I will talk to her and call my district manager. Which I know wasn’t the manager what manager need to call the district manager to correct a employee for not having respect for customers or customer service skills. Never will I go to this location again, and I will let my friends and family know not to go either.The thing about it is also we was giving this location another try after always getting home and discovering that our food wasn’t right anyway. I might do a action against them at this location. Union Power I will shut it down keep playing! I would give it no stars
I love Potbelly’s but this location SUCKS!!! They make salads with old lettuce I enjoy the apple walnut salad and every time the lettuce gets older and older. That’s so unhealthy. From now on I will go to a different location… which is a big inconvenience
Since they deleted my first review. They will never get your order right. I was there yesterday day and made me a turkey sandwich with everything. And they fixed me a sandwich with just meat and cheese. I came back for them to make the sandwich over. The customer service is horrible the whole staff needs to be changed. I even had to tell them how to redeem my perk rewards. Like what. They need to learn customer service and how to listen and make orders for customers. They deleted my last review and picture of my bare sandwich. Get it together I will be contacting corporate because this is the not the first time.
