Awful (really no) service.  Ordered flowers TWO DAY ahead for my daughter's sixteenth birthday.  I specifically asked for delivery after 3 PM so she would be home from school.  They agreed to the time, no problem.  Delivery truck showed up at 12:30 and my wife sent they away.  They never came back,  Tried calling the shop, no answer and no machine.  I had to call them the next day and ask where the flowers were,  They just answered, "Yeah, we didn't deliver them".  No apologies, not even a Sorry.  Then they had the gall to ask if I wanted a refund!  (Evidently they did not forget to charge the account, only to deliver the flowers).  These people don't care about customers or service,  There are much better choices for flowers in Cherry Hill.

Perhaps there has been a change of ownership since the three reviews I read on line.  The arrangement I received today should NEVER have left the shop.  The Teleflora customer service person said she was embarrassed when she saw the photo I sent of the arrangement.  I have never received flowers from this florist and I would NOT use this florist.
