So disappointing!!! I ordered a full room of furniture in the Richmond store in July or august. Store associate put 2 cribs on my order resulting in me paying over $1000 more than I was supposed to. Called to get it fixed and they said they took care of it. Called back a month later to check on my order and make sure there weren't still 2 cribs on it and there were. Called back another month later and same thing. This happened 4 times. Order finally comes and they brought 2 cribs to my house. I had to refuse delivery. But they use an outside company to deliver and assemble so this did not go smoothly. One of my dressers came missing a handle. The delivery guys took photos and sent a note to PBKids. I call a week later because I haven't heard anything. They tell me they will put the order in for my missing handle. I call another month later because I still haven't heard anything or received a handle. Lady on the phone says she sees the note where it was missing but no one ever ordered it. Then she tells me they're on back order and it will be a month or 2. Here we are 5 months from initial order and I just got the final piece in the mail yesterday. The furniture is beautiful but I would never purchase from here again due to the complete lack of customer care.

I bought 4 PB comfort dining chairs and the whole team worked together to make it happen for me! I did spend quite some time in the store until everything was figured out, but it was totally worth it. I bought the chair frames and the slipcovers separate and that helped me save some money and also almost $300 in shipping! I will be going back soon, they did a fantastic job!

I shop at this store all the time, at least once every other week or so.  I do a lot of shopping online when  things are on sale but if I want to see something in person or just see whats new I'll stop in.  Plus I can't get my military discount online.  I am greeted shortly after walking in and asked if I need any help.  I have ordered quite a bit of furniture in the last year and it's almost all from Pottery Barn.  It's always been a pleasant experience.  The sales associates are great with checking to see if something can be shipped to the store so it saves me shipping, which I appreciate.

This store is disappointing. It is messy and unorganized. I went to go see some pendant lights I’m considering purchasing and they were covered in dust, making it difficult to appreciate the pieces. I love pottery barn, but this particular store has little inspiration about their instore design ideas. Hopefully they will step things up in the future!

The ladies were absolutely wonderful there especially Elisabeth.  She was very patient with me during my selection of a couch and the many fabrics to choose from. She made an experience that is usually unpleasant for me into a very pleasant one.
