I love this store. The customer service is awesome. My husband and I brought a little cottage in Pawleys Island SC. It was unfurnished. The only furniture store that I was familiar with was Ethan Allen in Virginia. My children insisted that I contact Pottery Barn to have them help me furnish my little coastal cottage. I did and it was one of the best decisions that I have ever made. Kudos to Chiloon who has helped make our dream come true thru Pottery Barn.

Love pottery barn, beautiful home goods! They even had a complimentary wine & cheese tasting! 

They offer great advice in store about furniture coordination, and also offer a service to come to your place to give advice based on available space, existing furniture, colors, and taste. 

Definitely a must to go in the store, seeing how they "pull together" a mix of their items is great. And to see/feel/touch the items you can tell they're great quality
