Very horrible! First and last time visiting this store. I felt disrespected and belittled. No one ever greeted my son or myself as we entered the store. However, there were prior customers of another race, who entered the store and was welcomed from the same employee who gave us stares.  She continuously watched us as we walked around and not once offered assistance. Money is green regardless if the person is Black, White, etc. you should never judge someone by the color of their skin. You never know who they are or who they know.

I ordered a stocking online but ended up returning it. The woman said they'd give a refund but sent a gift card instead.  After 2 total hours on the phone they said they couldn't help me and honor what was promised. I will never shop here again!

Received catalog and tried to place order for Easter basket. Called  24 hour number, followed prompts only to find they were closed? Went online found items discounted,great. One item was no longer available, not great. Chose another but could not proceed unless selected personalization? I called number below for assistance only to hear, AGAIN, they were closed. I decided on personalization and typed child's name to proceed to checkout. I filled in child's address for shipping. I fill out my billing info and realize my billing address is child's shipping address. I click edit only to return to my order and now I can order item without personalization. I change and proceed, AGAIN to checkout.  I type in my billing address and all my information AGAIN, and finally placed order. This was by far the longest online order I have ever placed.
