Poudre Property Services and Lorrie have  given us nothing but exceptional service. One of the most personable and efficient company’s I have ever worked with. When people and the company love their job it definitely shows! They always have their clients best interest and I will recommend them to any one looking for a new home or location of business 😊

Good company never had an issue. Sometimes it's hard to reach someone. Maintenance always seems to be helpful and gets things done quickly. In a college town I can see why there's bad reviews. Kids today think everyone owes them something. I have been happy in my place with my kids for 5 years. I have had to pay for a couple things in those five years but they were things I broke. These items I had to pay for were less then if I had called a contractor for so I was relieved they had a team to make repairs at a lower rate then a company of my choice.

Arguably the best deal in FoCo. Hard to find anything all included. The location is great, appliances new. It's quiet. The staff is friends and professional. Enjoy coming home every day!

I have been renting from PPS for several months now and everything has worked out great. When I have been away for work, Lorrie has helped me out tremendously. I haven't had any problems with paying the bill online and communication with the office is great.

The maintenance guys are great. Not only do they get things fixed in a timely matter, they take the time to explain things in detail. As long as you pay rent on time and take care of your rental, you should have zero problems. I would rent from them again if I hadn't just purchased a home.
