I would make this NO stars but you have to have one. This company SUCKS, do not have them deliver your furniture, if you can help it.  I had to reschedule the first appointment after I took the day off so I could be home to let them in, they did NOT show up on time which was 12-5pm  . By 6:30 pm the driver still didn't show, I needed to leave by that time and had to reschedule Then, when they finally DID show up the next day, the driver REFUSED to bring my couch to the second floor after I was just told hours before that they would move it with a 2 man crew. Said driver left the couch on my porch. I called to complain and some jack ass, (possibly the owner) had the nerve to get an attitude with me.  SCREW Poulin Enterprises!!
