Ron ( the owner ) is a great guy , my boyfriend is an electrical engineer and said that Ron goes above and beyond the work of other places ( advanced , etc) . The biggest problem with chain stores is that their alternators are made in Mexico ,  etc , and they have a complete lack in quality control / inspections. Ron goes above and beyond simply replacing triple diodes  slip rings , etc...and puts heavy insulating varnish on the stator. 
All in all have been happy with his work,  a lot of people replace alternators when in reality the battery is bad , and vice versa,  which leads to one or the other failing at times.

This place does not know how to rebuild alternators. I had mine rebuilt and it started showing failure symptoms in a few weeks. More than likely not everything was replaced as was promised by the owner. I was promised it would be rebuilt again but was never even called or notified it was done. That is because the owner simply did not want to do it! You are better off purchasing from Advance Auto or O'Reillys. At least if you should have a problem they are easier to rectify a problem. Also they only take cash, no Visa MasterCard as is stated. Save yourself a headache and purchase anywhere but this establishment!
