WHAT A JOKE! these ladies need a Class on how to provide customer service. The one lady I was dealing with kept popping her gum and smacking her mouth as she talked and was extremely rude! Then a manager came out and treated my wife and kids as they didn't belong. My wife was waiting so she can change her DL to AZ from CO. And told her she can sign in and come back later even after my wife explained she was waiting with me as I transferred a title! My kids are very well behaved and we're sitting so for her to treat us this way was unacceptable! Do not give any of your business to these people. Absolutely worthless!

Transferred a title with them and it was a seamless experience. It's a small business with a cracker barrel type ambiance. The attendant helping us even offered to go out to my wife in the car to get her signature instead of having her come inside. The DMV would NEVER do that!

Half the people leaving reviews are complaining about the service they got and test they took when getting a driving permit...you're 16 nobody cares about how dark your picture was or lack of count down to when it's being taken. I've gone here many times to register a vehicle from another country as well as newly purchased UTVs and I've never had a bad experience. You can tell it's a family own and ran business. Unless your a straight D!** to them they are very polite and very helpful.

I went here about two months ago and talked with one of the ladies on the phone I forget her name but she was blond hair and in her 20s, when I called she was very helpful with the problem I was having and told me to come in and we can fix everything. I was needing to get temporary tags sure enough I went in there talked with her she was friendly and talkative helped me out with understanding payment and everything, she even helped me put the tags on too.

Had to wait an hour for a 30 day temp tag.Only one employee was doing registration stuff and two were doing Drivers license stuff. A very bad setup they have. People that are there for Drivers license was only there for 25 to 30 minutes max.A man walked in about 20 minutes after I signed in.He went up to the counter to ask a question the lady had him sit down and she made him out a 30 day tag he never signed in!!!!!! I was there along with other people that had followed the rules and signed in and we had to wait.The MVD takes just as long without a 10.00 inconvenience fee. Was trying to help a local company out but not no more will be going to MVD next time.
