Power Cuts had the best customer service I've ever experienced! Everyone there was respectful, helpful, and friendly, and my master stylist Caitlyn did an awesome job with my haircut. Definitely would recommend this place!

My wife and daughter have both visited this hair salon - with equally poor results. They cut my daughter's hair MUCH SHORTER than she wanted and she was very upset.  They botched the hair color for my wife's appointment and she went to another salon to correct Power Cuts poor color job and has since stuck with the other salon.  I was in once for a haircut but have not gone back, found a good barber elsewhere in Aiken that I now go to on a regular basis.
