This gym is not worth the price and fees. Management was not helpful or customer friendly. Their main priority is money. I do not recommend going here. I wish I would have read the reviews before I signed up.

Annoying continuous spam calls emails was NOT supposed to be on contract signed up for one month had family emergency couldn't go then BAM i owe them like $600 and now its on my credit report! THEY DON'T FULLY EXPLAIN FINE PRINT TO CUSTOMERS ONLY CARE ABOUT $$ believe me ive done B2B SALES i understand but i NEVER did that to people shame on all of you.

This is the worst Powerhouse that I've been a member at, high fees, high memberships, and and to cancel is an absolute nightmare. It's fairly small as compared to other Powerhouse's that I've been to. The weights are mediocre and so is the equipment. Don't join, find something else, there are plenty of other gyms around here.

Joined less than a week ago and I already dislike this place. The place looks great but the sales guy was very dishonest about the billing and the way things actually work. When I called to ask about the issue the general manager basically told me that I signed their agreement and that's that, so not their problem. Not a very honest way to do business if you ask me.

I was just asking about the membership and i didn't understand the differenct between. And the guy jason was sounded so irritated bc i was making sure i knew what i was going to pay and agree for. 😠 it wasnt good customer service at all. Now i know where the people from the other reviews are coming from
