Very disappointed with the care of everything. Felt totally disrespected, everything that was promised was not done correctly. Had to constantly have staff correct things. Our loved one was not placed in the casket with care, not prepped properly for viewing. We complained and they cleaned up his appearance and clothes.. They were unable to straighten his legs so they had to cross them. It looked like they had just tossed him in the casket.
Bookmarks that where ordered for remembrance had not been ordered until 3 days prior to the service. Pictures where not put on there website as promised until Friday when they where contacted again about things not being taken care of.
Other pictures where never placed in the chapel that where offered to have for remembrance of his life, flowers had arrived the morning of the viewing and we had ask to have them brought out after a hour and a half after the viewing had started. Had to again ask where the bookmarks where for friends and family. They hadn't brought them out until they were asked for.
The final straw was the cemetery had not been scheduled for a grave site service, they called the day before the service to confirm a service that was never set up. The cemetery was very gracious to help resolve the issue and we wound up overlapping a service that had been set up properly.
We where going through enough with the grieving process and should not have had to deal with all of the issues that they where to take care of.
We will never use this funeral home ever again. Very disgusted with the lack of respect to us and our deceased love one.

We had wanted my uncle’s service there because my dad and grandma had their services there/ however they were 3x the price of Hill- I know you cannot put a price on a loved one, but my uncle was a vet that faught for our freedoms and when asked about a discount they refused because “they have overhead”!! Really?? That was the answer
