Love this place ... wish I could give 6 stars.  Great specially equipment ranging from safety squat bar to deadlift bar.  Power bar for bench is always a bonus.  Great environment with fantastic members that are encouraging.  Having 24 hour access is always a bonus.
I love lifting here, hit many PRs!

It is 2 miles south of MSM on rt3/28 in the strip mall. They are open 7/24 with a membership card; have all the equipment you'll need. Take plastic or direct withdrawl from checking. Lockers, shower and restroom facilities. Stop in an say hi to Bob Rogers, the owner / operator / trainer. 
I've been going there twice a week for the last 15 months and Bob has been providing close supervision of my physical training. I feel better now than I have anytime in the last 25 years.
