This Dr's Office is horrible!!!! They told me at my sons appointment they would mail his form to me when they got the blood results back and here it is a month and a half later and still no forms. I call them and they tell me the form has been sitting in the front office for over a month... Why weren't they mailed? Why didn't they call me to say they were in the front office? I have been bringing my children to this doctors office since we moved back to Virginia and this is by far the worst place I have ever been to. There is not 1 time over the past year and a half that we have been seen on time. We are always waiting at least an hour before getting called back to Dr Joseph. I think it's ridicules that they waste my time like this. If my children have an appointment time they should be seen at that time.

I have recently started seeing Dr Murray and I have found her to be very willing to work with me on keeping me healthy rather than just concentrating on illness. I find it very refreshing that she gives me credit for the research I have done on different modalities of healing and is open to hearing about them. I feel like I have a partner in my health. I've haven't had to wait in the waiting room for more than 10 minutes.

I know Madeline is only a NP but she has helped me in so many ways. After being diagnosed with hypertension and type 2 diabetes she has helped me get it all under control and i managed to lose a little over 100 pounds. My waits are never long even though I get there early. I also am hypochondriac so she sees me a lot and they know I have anxiety and always listen and check my blood pressure twice.

In excruciating pain and after the er sent me Hone with advil I decided to try another route. They listened to me and ordered an emergency Mri. The Mri showed my back is toast. Two herniated discs , crushed vertebrae on my nerves going down both legs. I made sure to deliver the results before 5 on Friday so I could get relief. Nope! Everyone is gone for the weekend and I can do nothing but lay here crying in pain. Pitiful to treat humans this way.

Consistenly long waits. If you have an appointment, plan on waiting over an hour to be seen. One would think they would not overbook.. total lack of respect for the pateint's time. I for one have other things to do than wait on the doctor for 1-2 hours. Bonsecour, please figure out your scheduling. Additionally... the catholic base of this practice does not provide HPV vaccines because its againts their religious beliefs... even though this vaccine prevents cancer and should be given to young women. Just ridiculous.. I wonder what other services they dont provide. Also.. after they let you sit for hours, they will be quick to send ridiculous bills your way. I'm looking for a new doctor in the area, this place is ridiculous!
