Ultimate artisan bread.  As good as it gets!  Cookies are amazing too. (NOTE (2017): They've moved from this location but still appear at the Carlsbad and other Farmer's Markets.

Enjoy a taste of real Europe. If you like breads with a nice crust outside and airy inside, you'll be delighted. We've tried the Country White,  Whole Wheat, baguettes and bagels and they've all been absolutely perfect.

I had to bring my wife this time so she could smell the lovely fresh bread for herself.We bought another incredible focaccia flatbread and enjoyed our baguette ham & cheese sandwiches while we chatted to Clinton Prager.Some people like to bake nice bread........these guys LOVE to bake beautiful bread.

This is my family's favorite place to eat-- the first time we tried them we got sandwiches every other day one week. We would have gotten them every day but we attempted to practice some resistance. The workers here are so kind and patient. They deal with the large crowds so efficiently! Definitely check it out if you haven't yet!!!
