This was my first vet visit with my own dog and used the reviews to decide on prairie view. Everyone was friendly and my visit was pretty painless. It was quick, easy, but also informative. The vet techs and vet explained everything I needed to know and didn't try to oversell anything. 
I'll be staying with prairie view and already have the next appointment set up for a spay. Hope everything goes well.

All of the staff are friendly and attentive.  We've been taking our dogs to Dr. Diemer since 2010 and are very satisfied with the care he provides for them. He is a good listener and offers lots of good advice.  There have only been a couple of times where there was a long wait for an appointment, but this is not a consistent issue.  We plan on taking our dogs to Prairie View for years to come.

We got 2 kittens from a nearby shelter & Prairie View provided a check up for each. Both had a little issue & the doctors helped immediately. They called the next day & sent emails checking in on the kitties. We’ve been back a couple of times & they are always so helpful. Highest recommendation!!!

I always feel confident in the care that our two Shih Tzu dogs receive at Prairieview! The staff are friendly and doctors very experienced. Angel and Snowy have been seen for regular health checks for several years at as well as for some major issues with bladder and cysts. The follow up care is excellent and they are conscientious about sending reminders.

The best veterinary clinic in DeKalb County. The staff and Veterinarians are courteous and knowledgeable. Dr Diemer has been treating our cats for nearly five years and always treats our cats with care. He always takes the time to explain procedures and treatments and is understanding of our feelings and questions.
