It has been a wonderful experience with Prairieland Insurance Group. Matthew Kincaid has been helping me with all my insurance needs and I could not have asked for a better service. Matthew is very professional; very well informed and knowledgeable, explains you the minute details of all the available plans, goes the extra mile to satisfy all your doubts and questions, works closely with you to get the best coverage at the best price, and at the same time he is very friendly and is always there to help.

I moved to Urbana-Champaign last year with my young family and was extremely nervous and confused with choosing the right insurance plan for us. Having an infant baby made it all the more anxious. Being from India (a very hot place) we wanted to make sure that we have a proper (and of course a reasonably priced) health cover in this new country that often witnesses extremely harsh winters which we have never experienced before. 

It is very relaxing to have Mathew as a go-to person for all my insurance needs. I would highly recommend Prairieland Insurance Group and Mathew and would give their service five stars.

Since Prairieland works with so many insurance carriers, we are often able to find our clients better coverage at competitive prices.  When we reviewed my prior policies and coverages, I was able to get far better coverage than what I got from my previous major carrier.  My clients are often surprised how much better we can do for them then what they've had in the past and still keep costs affordable.  It's great to be a small part of such a great team of customer focused insurance professionals.

I recently worked with a very friendly young lady named Joey, who helped me with my insurance needs.  Not only was she able to save me over $1000 per year compared to my previous insurance company, she actually made it a fun experience gathering up all the necessary information she needed to give me a quote for auto and home.

Once I saw the tremendous savings, of course I switched insurance companies.  I'm actually looking forward to working with this new company.  Joey didn't make me feel like a number, but an actual person!  KUDOS!!!

When my husband and I decide to make a change in our insurance, I contacted Joey Sullivan.  I could not have asked for better service. Joey was very professional, knowledgeable, and delivered the best price for our needs.  I would diffidently encourage anyone with insurance needs to use Prairieland Insurance Group and ask for Joey Sullivan.  She is right there when you have any questions and answers quickly.  Thanks Joey for doing what you do.

Lee Chassy was really helpful. He took all my policies and saved me money, and the policies provided better coverage than what I had. I didn't have to do any work at all. I would recommend you call him soon to help you out.
