Worst hair experience ever. I already had fairly blonde hair but my roots were getting pretty bad. When I went in I asked for my roots to be touched up and the bottoms to be more blonde. Apparently to the stylist that meant "let's bleach her hair without telling her that's what I'm doing." I didn't even realize it was bleach until my head started burning. Afterwards my entire head was completely white and looked TERRIBLE. Even the stylists were surprised at how it looked. I voiced that it was way lighter than I expected and I did not like it. They wanted me to take some time to see if it would "grow on me", and still charged me full price even though it was not what I wanted AT ALL. 
20 minutes later I called back in tears and asked them to fix it. They told me a stylist could fix it the next day, but when I went back in I found out the intern would be the one to fix it because the stylist was too busy. The intern attempted to darken my roots, but when she was done it was very blochy and the toner she used completely turned parts of my hair PURPLE. It is now 5 days later and my hair is still way too light and slightly purple :(. And the worst thing is that I had to pay full price for nothing but stress and regret, I now have chemical burns on my head from the bleach, and not one person felt the need to apologize.

It's very very bad experience  😳😱I will not recommend this salon to any body they make my hair ugly 😞😔
I asked her make a highlight like a photo in pratt image Facebook page but she is very very slow she did the side and getsready and the other side its not ready 
So my hair now is rainbow 🌈 when i told them I don't like it it's not like a picture they told me this picture make editing or photoshop!!! It's from your page ?!!!! By the way 😱
The big problem when she wash my hair she's very tired to reach the other side so the dye not removed from my head i got irritant and when i back i wash it 😐
Omg it's a bad salon i hope I will not see like that in the future!!!
