My husband Gui and I used Tom and his crew to install our air conditioner, hot water heater, and furnace as well as complete numerous projects around the house to make it more energy efficient back in Aug-17. It was a big job on our first house and Tom did a very nice job to make sure everything was working properly and that we were satisfied. We can now attest that everything went well with the installation, our rebates, the paperwork, the financing, and the local permits. We recommend Precision Air for HVAC installation and services.

I needed a new heating system and hot water heater.  Tom from Precision Air was great.  He came out and then met with me to go over several options. 
He was very informative, answered my questions and was then able to quickly schedule the job. I went with an energy efficient system that has a tankless hot water heater. I do not have a hot water heater, I have unlimited hot water as needed with this system, love that and my monthly bill is low.  I was also able to qualify for a rebate and get the home insulated.  This was a house that needed work before I could move in and Tom and his staff were available and patient when I had any calls or questions. The people who did the install did a great job and I'm very glad to have found Precision Air.

Eric was a nice guy, pleasant, professional and took good care of my yearly AC maintanence. He explained everything that he did and addressed my questions.

Chris & Erik were the technicians on the job. They arrived on time and were very professional.
After they left, I read the paper work and realized my thermostat would not work correctly with a 2 stage unit. I called Tom Crammer about my concern and he admitted it was his error and replaced the stat at mo additional cost to me.

On my Initial contact it was difficult to get a time for service- probably due to peak season. I then received a call from Precision to let me know techs were on their way. Techs Tom &  John arrived and installed the new compressor fan motor despite the late hour. All is working fine and I appreciated the efficient manner the work was done.
