Welcome to Precision Hardwood Flooring LLC.
Whether your floors are in good condition and are just in need of light buffing and top coating, or are decades old and in need of specialized restoration, we can provide you with professional wood floor sanding, finishing, and repair. We offer both oil-based and low odor, fast drying water-based finishes.

A state-of-the-art dust containment system is available to save you the extensive cleanup commonly associated with floor sanding and finishing.

Recently had my red oak hardwood floors refinished by Precision. Very easy to do business with, prompt and courteous. The owner Russ provided an estimate when he came over to look at the job. I had gotten one other estimate and he was very competively priced. His workers are professional, hardworking and helpful. Overall it was a positive experience which is not necessarily the norm when I've dealt with contractors in the past. I was very happy with the results and would recommend Precision to others. Russ and his team were on time and got the job done in the estimated time he said it would take. We got oil based flooring done with quite a bit of sanding. We opted for the dark walnut color and love it! Russ and his team were courteous, timely and did a great job. Highly recommend!

We hired Russ and his team to help us with our finished attic, which is to be our family/game room. After speaking to him for a while to discuss our project we felt he was the best one for the job. He was able to get us cork flooring, which is somewhat tough to find in the area. His prices were fair and we were happy to support a business local to our area. The job was completed quickly and the work was clean. I would absolutely recommend Russ and Precision Flooring!

Probably one of the best contractors i have ever worked with. showed up for appointments on time, workers were focused and professional and the restoration of a deck that i had given up on turned into a work of art.

We hired Russ and his team to re-finish some floors in our old house, floors that had been covered in carpet in some rooms, and had previously had DIY refinishing done to them, and as such were in bad shape. Russ and his team were able to get in quickly and did a truly fantastic job, making the floors look great again. We did have them replace a patch in the floor, and a few individual boards that were broken, and they did a great job matching them to the rest of the floor. If you are looking for a company in Rockland or Bergen counties, I highly recommend Precision Hardwood Flooring. Prices are fair, and the quality is exceptional.
