I've asked to paint the well kept 10 years old 110 sq ft 2 bed room condo in NJ. I was especially asking to pay attention to paint and fix small irregularities in extensive and beautiful wood trims of bay windows. Their offer was the highest on the market and approximately 120% higher than the lowest offer I've got from licensed contractor in my area, because the contractor looked professional, they were available on a short notice, they had good reviews and promised to do whatever I've asked especially with precious trims, I decided to hire them. The contractor (A.O.) was very responsive at first and answered the phone immediately and also replied to emails pretty fast. Just to mention that as long as the project went forward, the contractor started to respond slower and slower. During the estimate when I showed him Angie's list coupon - he told me that this coupon is no longer valid, but if I will decide now, he will honor it. I am not sure if this is true. Angie's list still has this coupon of 10% discount. The project was finished in 4 days instead of promised 3, which is not bad, I witnessed only 1 person working during the last day. He told me that it is impossible to do trimworks I was promised by the contractor which surprised me. To make a long story short - they did not a bad work with walls using Benjamin Moore's paints which you pay separately. The trimwork was really realy bad. They pretty much destroyed it by using bad paint brushes and painting over the dirt and nails and holes. They came to fix it but made it even worse, so I decided to pay them just not to see them again. They also buy a paint for you (but you pay for it separately) in pretty expensive shop. At the end I paid ~1000$ for paint only, and they bought a lot of it :) so I left with 4 gallons of paint - they explained this by leaving for further fixes, but one can paint the whole condo with it again. On the positive note, they were coming pretty much on time every day and leaving too on time and kept place clean and neat. Only few spots of paint left on floor and over sockets and switches. At the end, it is really, not worth it to hire them for a price they request. You are paying for their marketing, website and to the contractor. Workers are pretty much the same as elsewhere else - payed peanuts and are not professional. In my area you can have offers from licensed contracts >50% lower.

I googled Precision Painting Plus by accident and I am glad I did. The job only took two days and I am very happy with the excellent job that was done. Jeffrey Androla was the Project Manager in charge and was there every step of the way. I would highly recommend Precision Painting Plus!

Incredible service. They scheduled a walk-through appointment within an hour of me reaching out, their cost estimate was bang-on, the crew finished the job faster than anticipated and when I came back home everything was set to go! Highly recommend.

They worked diligently and did beautiful painting in our house. The price was also very competitive. thanks for Precision Painting Plus people.

I cannot recommend Precision highly enough! I originally called them to get a job done on a rush. They responded very quickly, and were very professional, friendly and explained what they were going to be able to do and the time frame they could do it in realistically. They were fair, punctual, paid attention to little details, and really got things done correctly, not just rushing through or potentially botching the job because I needed the work done asap. If anything, the team under promised due to my timeline, and over delivered.
