I've gotten work on my car done at this Precision Tune before as it happens to be close to my office.  This time, I was having trouble with my front struts.  The cost estimate was two to three hundred dollars more than a competitor, but since my car was already there and the competitor couldn't get me in that day, I decided to bite the bullet.

I seemed to recall having them replaced before, so I asked the woman at the front desk to look up my record.  It turned out, I had the same struts replaced at the same location only four years prior, and at considerably lower (almost half) cost.

At first, it was only the lack of communication that bothered me because I asked the manager to call me if it was going to take longer than their estimate, and that didn't happen.  I walked over there and waited over an hour longer than he'd said.  Then, I saw them drive off in my car and was waiting another half an hour before I spoke up and asked why it was taking so long for them to get around the block.  Apparently, something had gone wrong during their test drive and no one had bothered to inform me.

Eventually, he pulls in, puts it back up on the lift and I wait another half hour.  He knocked a little off my bill, but it still cost more than if I had taken it elsewhere.  Oh, and they lost my hubcap (later replaced).

Even after all that, I had not intended to bother with a bad review, but I took my car into a Jiffy Lube for an inspection and oil change today and, out of curiosity, asked one of their service people to take a look.  Turns out the brake line is now loose and on the wrong side of the strut and there is a risk of wearing a hole in it.

This is rather bad news since I like counting on my brakes.  Needless to say, I won't be going back and I highly suggest you don't, either.

Robert was AMAZING! He greeted me before I got to the door. He took my keys and got started immediately. The entire staff was very friendly and the service was fast. Good service and good prices. Love this place!!

Fantastic experience! I visited at a down time and their team got my car in immediately, listened to what my observations had been about my steering, and finished my service in maybe 15 minutes total. I am super impressed!

Precision  Auto is my oil change place of choice. They have the most reasonable prices that I have found. Robert and the pretty lady who works up front are very friendly and they always have great customer service. They are quick and usually don't have long wait times.

Took my 350z in for some tune up services & transmission & rear differential aswell, I usually have bad experiences with auto shops other than dealerships BUT it changed here! I really enjoyed being here because I felt welcomed and being inside a clean lounge! Robert was very knowledgeable and so is the rest of the staff there also! Diamond was really friendly and patient with the customers there. My total service for everything came under $800 but it's a killer deal compare to other places I got quoted for everything I wanted to be done well over $1k. I am definitely coming back again and recommending my friends & family. Very professional and they knows EXACTLY what they are doing and talking about. As for my car, it drives & sounds like new again!
