I had a nasty rattle going on with my car. I had taken my car to Precision for an oil change before, so I decided to take it in and see what they could determine about the rattle. They were very courteous and diagnosed the issue quickly. Fortunately for me it was a relatively simple issue of bending back A-frame support, which they did for free once they found the issue. Great guys and great service!

Came in for a oil change today. Needed some other small items repaired as well. Was quoted a price for those repairs. Then later I was advised that my repairs were a bit more because my car took a different part. No hassling needed! They repaired my car at the quoted (lower) price! Kudos to the Pleasantburg location! You have earned my business long term!!

This shop got our vehicle in on a Saturday, and promptly identified and fixed the problem. Everyone was very courteous. Thank you so much!

Not too thrilled with these folks. The people that work here seem like they are good people but in the end they don’t do that great of work and overcharge you. Had to take my vehicle back two additional times and ended up going to another place after they still didn’t fix the problem the said they had already fixed. Pick a different spot.

Friendly, helpful service each time!!  They sent a mechanic out to my mom's place to replace her car battery on short notice on a Saturday afternoon.  We were very appreciative!!
