Future reference, never ever ever go to precision tune on battleground. I have never had a good experience there. Don't let the coupons and low prices fool you. tried to say one of my rear tires was out of alignment by 14 degrees...this is a car that drives perfectly straight and has never had tire wear issues on the rear tires. 14 degrees would be causing serious issues and would render the car undrivable. Typically alignment issues are discussed in the fractions of an inch/degree..... They told me they were going to have to shim it ($275 in parts and labor) before they could even start on an alignment. Needless to say I drove away and took my business elsewhere. Come to find out the rear alignment is perfectly fine, the other shop didn't even have to touch it....it only needed slight adjustments to the front end. Have been driving the car for months now with new tires in the rear with no unusual wear and the car drives straight....It was pretty close to closing time so I honestly think they just wanted me to leave. Not a great way to do business. In the past my mom took her Honda there for an oil change and they left the fill cap off of the valve cover. When she got home the cap was missing and there was more oil on the engine than there was in the engine. All they gave her in return was a coupon for a free oil change... Several years ago when I had my truck I went there with a coupon to get my front brakes serviced (new pads and rotors turned). Typically I would do this myself but on most trucks you have to repack the bearings when putting the rotors back on. I didn't want to fool with it so I took it there figuring they would realize this would need to be done as part of the brake job. They got half way through the brake job before they told me they were going to charge an extra $100 for repacking the bearings. I refused and said for them to just change the pads. They charged me for an entire brake job even though they just replaced the pads....they never even attempted to remove the rotors. I could of changed the pads at home in less than an hour for about $30. Seriously, avoid at all costs.

My mother loves these guys. She always has good things to say about them and she thinks the world of Steve the store manager. She will never take her car anywhere else,she only trusts Steve and his crew. I started going there myself and will keep going,she was right.These guys are honest,fair and informative. Thanks guys!

These guys have been great! My fiance and I have been getting our cars serviced here for a couple of years and they always do a great job. The last time I was in was because I had taken my car to the dealership and they had found several things wrong with my car - including saying that the oil pan had been stripped. I took it these guys since they are the ones who service my car and come to find out, the dealership had misdiagnosed my problem (Big surprise there!), and the guys at Precision Tune fixed me right up. Yesterday, less than a week later, I had to run back up there because I had popped the hood and the thing would not shut. I was able to get in right before they closed, and Steve (the store manager) took it back and fixed it immediately. Steve and his crew are honest, hardworking, knowledgeable, quick, and efficient and I will continue to get my car serviced with them!

Definitely using this location in the future. They worked hard to get my car finished before having to travel. Great staff and I'm so appreciative!

This place is absolutely dishonest! I was quoted one price and even double checked with him to make sure it was that price, and when I came back to get my car it was 20% more than what he quoted me originally. I also presented valid coupons and only after pressure from me he excepted it. I will never be coming here again especially when I know I can get a way better deal at AAA on top of a lifetime warranty.
