Brought my husband here twice, each time was a disappointing experience. Neither time did he actually get to see Dr. Preddy but instead was handled by the Nurse Practicioner. There's definitely a long wait and the worst part of it was, you can't even get through on the phone to them! This is not a place to go if you seek medical help. The most recent time, which our last there, they said he seemed to have flu symptoms. So they just gave him Tamaflu. We asked about getting it tested to be sure and the Nurse Practitioner said, "No, this is the trenches. Maybe the hospital yes but not here, I won't order one for you." Ok...so what if he doesn't have that and it's something else...she said, "Then just come back next week." Do not play games with people's lives and health like that. I would recommend please find a doctor elsewhere!

When I first met with him it was quick easy and I felt like he was helpful than after that the visits were horrible I would not recommend him.

listens and asks me questions that he LISTENS to the answers to and then he checks with me next time I come in to see if what he prescribed works. If it doesn't, he asks more questions. He makes me a partner in my own health care instead of treating me like I don't know anything about my own body, like another Uvalde doctor does.

I saw him today. He was more interested in his cell phone, which kept going off, than in listening to my problem.
