I had an awesome experience with the gentlemen that came. Apparently my puppy found it funny to use the bathroom on my cloth couches and my daughters bed and, the house smelt horrible. I called them and they came same day and made everything completely spotless and smell free. Thank god. The best part was the prices were very reasonable and worth every penny i spent. I appreciate there help. Thanks guys i would recommend this company to anyone and everyone that need help with rugs and couches etc.

I went on vacation a few weeks ago. When I came back home it turns out my little fur babies were not happy. My cats PEED on my couch! Anyone who has dealt with cat urine knows that it is almost impossible to get out. I was convinced Ild have to throw it out. A friend recommended John and his team and even though I was skeptical, I tried them out. They came in, were professional and assuaged all my worries.  They saved me hundreds!! Would recommend for any and all jobs. Righteous company right here. They will work with your schedule and get the job done no matter how big or small... or stinky.

The carpet is clean, BUT they called to say that they would be 2 hours later.  Then no phone calls.  No one responded to my phone calls.  I called the emergency number and that person couldn't get anyone to respond.  Someone from a different company showed up more than 2 hours LATER than the rescheduled appointment.  Preferred Carpet and Rug Cleaners, who is 3 miles from our house, didn't come.  They sent Wet Out Now, which is located in Staten Island!  We live in eastern Queens, just 3 miles from Preferred Carpet.  We were told that the carpet would take an hour to dry.  NO WAY!  It was left almost soggy.  We hope it will dry in 24 hours.  We rent out that room and the person is waiting to move in.  In the meantime we lose money.  Oh yeah, I asked for a discount for their being so late.  Our discount was $3.00!

This is the best carpet cleaning service by far! If I could give them 6 stars I would. John is so polite and his staff are neat and do such a good cleaning. When I have them come to my house they always clean my living room and staircase. The carpets always come out looking brand new and smelling great. Today I had them also clean my sofa. I am so happy that I found this carpet cleaning service. Job Well Done!
