My boyfriend James and I went to preferred travel because he dealt with Lynn once before and he liked how his trip turned out so we went to book for our Mexico trip and i specific things that I asked for but the 2 most important things one I needed was a first floor room and a jacuzzi to which neither we got. We enjoyed the rest of our vacation because the resort was beautiful!! Upon returning we called Lynn and I left her a message which she never returned I called her almost a week later she stated she would call me back after finding out what happened and plus we was trying to book another trip and yet I still have not received a call back. I’m not understanding a business that doesn’t return calls?

Simply the best! Susan Ritchie has planned my vacations for over 20 years, and we travel alot ( 3-4 times a year ) She always provided the best prices, knowledge, and quick responses! The most important thing is she knows us, and knows her clients. I highly recommend Preferred Travel & most importantly Susan Ritchie, if you want to vacation right! Thank you for a life time of vacations!
