this is the third year in a row that I have gone to preferred travel to set up my winter vacation.  Jessica always goes the extra mile and sends me somewhere awesome, and then makes sure I get the frequent flyer miles when I get back.  these guys are the reason I still go to a travel agent..

There are two people that work there, and they were very rude to me. They talked to me in a condescending way, bad enough to make me want to come here and warn others about it.  Not worth my time.

Although you often get the answering machine, I've had nothing but quality experiences with them.  In one case, they went above and beyond to get me on a flight when weather was trying to keep me hostage in Minot. *Shudder*
