I'm a person of color.  I went in with my mother. It was supposed to be more family oriented.  We were not made to feel welcomed when greeted by a gentleman in a chef's coat. We were told it would be 30 minutes or more to get a table for two. We watched several families leave without a large crowd to replace them.  We were not offered seats at the bar where only two people were sitting, and when asked about the outside seating,  the gentleman shrugged, said we could sit outside. I asked if someone would be out to wait our table.  Another shrug, then told in some minutes, when there were several waiters assigned to the outside tables. We did not feel welcome,  nor that our business was wanted. There was not one person of color there. We left tonight,  and went to Red Lobster.  We were welcomed and had an awesome server and a great hostess. I will never ever go back to  Prego's  nor will I recommend it to anyone I know  period.  I am greatly disappointed that in this day and time people of color are not made to feel welcomed at a predominantly white patronized establishment.

Atmosphere and ambience are exceptional for the space. The food is outstanding, consistently on more than one visit. Staff is welcoming and accommodating. Only disappointment was the way the bill was handled. The waiter opened the check presenter, counted the cash in front of us and asked if I wanted change. Very unprofessional!

Best restaurant in Burlington! The service is fantastic and the food is wonderful. I have never had a bad experience eating here. It is absolutely gorgeous inside and the ambiance is perfect.
