This office is the most friendly, professional office I have ever been too! The moment you step into the waiting room, you are greeted by two front desk receptionists who immediately greet you with a smile. You are made to feel welcomed and valued. As well as when you are brought back to get your cleaning done, the hygienists are just as friendly and welcoming! Dr. Pressley is very thorough and explains everything to you! I recommend this office highly! Even if you live far from Wake Forest, its well worth the drive!

Great place. Been going here for years and the nurses and receptionists are all kind and informative. Dr. Presley is kind too. The wait time isn't long from your time of your appointment, nor is the cleaning. The only real waiting is for the doctor to check your teeth for cavities or whatever, and even that isn't that long if a wait. It feels less time consuming also since there are TVs I every room. Plus he's thorough and doesn't claim false cavities like some sly dentists.

If you are undervalued as a patient it will show.  Make sure you get a signed copy of how much your bill is going to be before the procedure so there are no surprises.  Receptionist unfriendly/not trained properly.  Dentist doesn't go into detail as to why you need a procedure done.  I would not take my child here for a major procedure the way i left in pain.
