Dr. Patel has been my Primary Care Physician for nearly 7 years, and hopefully a lot more. He cares for his patients and actually LISTENS TO THEM, which is hard to find these days. What I love about his practice is that he takes walk-in patients as well as appointments. If you work an odd or irregular schedule like myself, you can't always set a specific appointment time, but you can still get in and be seen. Most people aren't use to this and sometimes there can be a wait to be seen, as other reviewers have posted. But he always takes the appointments first, as it should be. His staff is also friendly and courteous. Thank you.

I've been with this practice over 11 years. And every year I say I'm going to find another Dr. 2017 is that year. The staff...ugh. I don't think he even knows how she talks to the patients. Me myself am just sitting in this waiting room just observing the service. It will be a long wait you see because I am a walk in. I missed my appt Saturday because they never called to confirm. And Google and they're answering service said they were closed. So now I will be here for xfinity because there's a 2 hr wait with an appt. Bout to catch up on school work.

Unless you have the very first appointment of the day, expect quite a wait... could be 30 minutes to two hours. This place is always overbooked and understaffed. 

Also.... Dr Patel has a lot of students working here. So expect to be a practice patient. Most of the time, to begin the appointment, a student will come into the exam room and ask you 50 questions, then Dr Patel will come in with 5 other students and grill you with the same questions and exam you in front of all of them. Just be prepared for an audience.
