This gym is the best gym I found in the Appleton area! The gym offers month to month which is huge for some people. The have such a wide range of exercise equipment it seems to suit anyone's needs! The owner is friendly and well knowledgeable around the fitness world. I would recommend this gym to anyone!

I can't say enough about Rod and Premier Fitness of Appleton. If you are looking for a fitness gym outside of those other corporate big boxed gym, then this is the place to be. Plus the prices are unbeatable! Thanks a ton Rod!
