Busy practice, they can be abrupt, usually because overworked. They rehabed my knee so well, helped with billing, payments and appointments!

I tried to take appointment for my mom,the girl took the phone was so unfriendly .

Not friendly or helpful at all.  Didn't like the way they treated my kid.  Only one therapist treated my kid well.  More than one rude staff member.  Will take my kid somewhere else.
