It is almost impossible to find the words for the damage Jagruti Patel inflicted on my face with her lack of surgical skills. Much like a used car salesman, she convinced me that in addition to a lid lift, which I came to her for, I really needed a full face and neck lift. She was so convincing, I never thought she could not be trusted. Since then she has had a temporary loss of her license and closed her office in Beverly. She offered me restitution for left side of face, as long as I did not contact an attorney. The left side of my face remains numb and significant scarring along my jawline. Corrective surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess by Dr. Lin had to be performed to minimize my facial damage. Jagruti Patel should not practice medicine
I have been a patient of Dr. Patel's for over 5 year. From the moment you meet Dr.Patel you just feel so at ease with her. I have never encountered a doctor that treated me with so much compassion, respect and dignity. The office is absolutely elegant and tranquil as well as immaculate. ! Dr Patel is such a perfectionist and highly gifted surgeon who also has a warm and compassionate bedside manner. Her professional skills and manner creates trust and reassurance within a patient. Words cannot express how grateful I am to have you as my doctor. Thank you so very much for taking such good care of me.
Dr. Patel is seriously the best of the best. Made me feel completely comfortable since the moment I met her during my consultation. So thankful that I was referred to see her and not someone else. Dr. Jagruti Patel is an amazing Doctor and simply makes your appointments with her positive & encouraging. She, as others have also written, is such a beautiful person inside and out with a wonderful personality—she is just a joy to be around and makes you feel at ease with any and all medical procedures done at Premier Plastics. I went to her on a recommendation in 2014 and am so glad I did. She is professional, knowledgeable and able to assist you with innovative ideas for what you are looking for in plastic surgery. Dr. Patel's first meeting her, she's so nice and puts you at ease. Explaining everything that she's going to do and then doing measurements of eyes and what she's going to do in surgery. Nicky her finance gal is a sweetheart, in fact the whole staff is exceptional. I am very happy to have found her.
I just met Dr. Patel this year and feel so lucky to have found her! Her talent as a surgeon is only exceeded by her amazing personality. She has the unique ability to make you feel completely comfortable and safe in any situation. She is an AMAZING Doctor and a GENUINE, COMPASSIONATE person. I could not reccomend her enough!
Dr. Patel stays up to date with all of the latest technologies and treatments. She strives to make patient care easier on patients and help them achieve their medical and personal goals. Recently she used kybella to help me get rid of some extra fat under my chin. I have pcos so losing weight of any sorts is extremely difficult and I was feeling self conscious about my face and the more I stared I realized it was my neck that I didn’t like. And after the kybella treatment, I feel like I have my neck back. Dr. Patel was able to tell me exactly how it was going to feel, and she knew exactly what I was going to experience. She was going away that week and was going to be out of state, but even still she told me to text or email her if I had any issues at all. In addition to having access to the office staff. Not many doctors take that extra step, and I was very impressed, even if I wouldn’t abuse that privilege of being able to message her. It was still comforting to know she cared that much about my well being. I would recommend Dr. Patel to anyone in regards to cosmetic, or reconstructive surgeries and treatments. She takes pride in her abilities and techniques and it shows.
I first met Dr. Patel 15 years ago, when she came highly recommended to me. I found her to be approachable and informative, putting me at ease. Her knowledgeable and efficient demeanor allowed me to make an educated decision, leading to an outcome that I could not have been more pleased with. In the years since, I have enthusiastically referred her to friends and family.
Dr. Jagruti Patel was outstanding. She was so personable and really took the time to listen to what I was looking to have done. Then gave me her recommendations on what I should and should not be doing to maximize my effects. I will now be a reoccurring patient of hers.
Jagruti Patel is amazing! Smita Patel is equally fabulous! I can’t say enough about the transformation in my skin in the short time since I have discovered these two gifted women.
