I agree with the other comments. They were not very friendly and rushed through the job. At my last appointment at another location, I paid extra to have tips put on to lengthen my nails before having the powder. After having me soak during and after my pedicure today, the tips disintegrated. When I signed in, I wrote that I was there for a fill in. It was not a fill in. The color on my fingers ended up not  even being the same color as my toes. It ended up costing way more than I expected and the quality was poor. When you pay over $50 (plus tip) you expect your nails to look like a professional did them, not like you did them yourself. Very disappointed!

Very disappointed! Tried calling to make an appointment. Was on hold for 8 minutes, when no one returned to the phone I hung up thinking I would just walk in for ONLY a wash and style. When I get there I sign in,45 minutes later a very nice young lady comes up to says it will be 40 more minutes before they can get to me! Very disappointed!!

I literally just got a $28 pedicure in 14 minutes. While the polish does look great, there was no time spent to ensure I was relaxed or enjoying my time.

First off they are not friendly at all, they are fast but it’s bad quality. Secondly, to get a full set the sign says 23, you get in there and they say oh the shape of the nail will make it 33. They charge for every little thing. I know I will be sticking with Diamond Nails, they are much friendlier and don’t charge for everything little thing. I highly recommend avoiding Premire Salon.

I have been going here for a few years now to get pedicures and about a year ago I added getting a powder manicure every time. My last visit there was yesterday. This place is horrible! I started to notice months ago that the place wasn’t as clean as it used to be. I overlooked that. A few times I left I wasn’t completely satisfied with the job that was done. I even overlooked that. But what happened yesterday did it for me and I’ll never go back. I went in, didn’t have an appointment (I usually never make one and it’s not ever really been a problem). They sat me down at a station by myself and had me soak my hands in a bowl of acetone to remove my previous powder mani. They left me there soaking my fingers for 40 minutes! 40 MINUTES! Not one time during that period did anyone check on my nails or to work manually to get the polish off as they sometimes do. I am diabetic and my fingers were so cold they started to burn, go numb, and turn bright red. I got up and left. When I told the lady at the front desk about the neglect, she made it sound like it was my fault. Nobody cared that I was leaving as an unsatisfied customer. Do NOT go here!!! There’s much better nail places in Knoxville.
