My husband and I have been to this urgent care 4 times and each time we are very satisfied with the care and service that the medical team provides. We've been treated by Margaret 2-3 times and she's both kind and knowledgeable. She and the other service providers make us feel confident with the care we receive and that we're being heard, as if the plan of care is a joint effort which can be rare with some medical professionals. The facility is nice as well as clean.

Like many of the other post if I could give this place a negative rating I would. We went and with our daughter and were informed that it would be a 3 hour wait before I would even be seen by a nurse well my daughter's symptoms started getting worse and we decided to take her somewhere else so my husband went up to get our co-pay back only to find out that according to them they had already checked her in and she was in the back when my husband informed the very rude lady at the front desk we had in fact not been called back she looked at him and said well what are you calling me a liar I will never ever ever go here again I would rather pay higher co-pays and Driver further distance then to ever step foot in this hellhole deathtrap again!! On a side note if we had waited my daughter would have died. She was having issues with her heart that we couldn't detect at the time.

horrible place to bring you're love one! this place is always pack with patients! expected always 2-3hr wait on a good day. I come here because don't know another place closer from salton city 40min drive. front staff are a bit bitter and are always seen annoyed! please anyone know a better place for an urgent care?

I agree with several others that this urgent care facility deserves less than one star and should be avoided if at all possible. Arrived yesterday evening with my 10 yo son who was presenting with all the classic symptoms of strep throat. Once we checked in, we waited an hour and 15 minutes in the lobby before being pulled back into a room, where we then proceeded to wait another hour and 15 minutes to be seen by the doctor. Once the doctor arrived, he barely gave my son a once over (glanced in his ears, at his throat, & listened to his chest), before announcing that he had the flu. No strep test, no test to confirm the flu, nothing. Wrote us a prescription for Theraflu and sent us on our way. After arriving home, and my son complaining for another three hours that his throat was killing him, I decided to take him to the Eisenhower E.R. We were in and out within 30 minutes, with a diagnosis of...you guessed it...strep throat! Don't waste your time or resources on this urgent care facility. Take your business elsewhere.

Definitely not 24hours! I waited outside for 30 minutes while calling their office, no one answered or opened the door.
