We had a fantastic experience at this clinic. We had no wait at all. Everything was so clean and everyone was very friendly and helpful. We saw Dr. Wagner and he was so wonderful. He was so kind to my 5 year old son and took the time to answer his questions about ear infections. He encouraged him in his dream of becoming a doctor and was just so delightful. We will definitely go back!

Wow! I couldn’t believe how great of an experience I had here!! I made an appointment online and filled out all of the new patient paperwork ahead of time just to avoid any additional wait, but when I got there, there wasn’t anyone waiting. I checked in and didn’t even have a chance to sit down. I was brought right in, the nurse took my BP, and in walked the doctor. Dr. Cliff Wagner was SO SWEET!! He was very sympathetic and listened to all my concerns. I was literally in and out within 10 mins. The place was super clean and all the staff was so nice. I’d never go back to my normal doctor if I didn’t have to!! Thank you Premier Urgent Care and Dr. Wagner, I feel better already!!

Absolutely love this Urgent Care. The staff is so warm and welcoming! The clinic is always clean and the providers are very professional. They truly care about their patients and hold a high standard of care! This urgent care is the absolute best clinic to go to for all life's "little emergencies"!

We arrived at 7:50 PM. We were informed they accept their last patient 30 minutes before closing at 8:00 PM. Consequently we were denied treatment. Perhaps they should change their hours of operation to read open till 7:30 PM instead of 8:00 PM. How were we to know that they only accept patients till 7:30 PM? Also when we had called in advance to find out if it accepted our medical insurance, we were told it could not provide that information until we came in and registered.
