Not a family friendly business. If you have small children, do not rent with them. I have paid my rent on time every single month and constantly get harassed because my 2 year old son wants to look out the window. Will NOT be signing another lease with them again. Ugly gray apartments with a horrible entrance that makes my alignment and frame to my car all messed up just trying to get home. No space in apartment and no lights in the rooms except kitchen and closets. Roof in bathroom is cheap fiber paper that goes up when you open or close it. Not worth the hassle. Won't ever make this mistake again.

Anytime ive called to have something fixed theyve done it in a timely manner. Bri in the front office is so nice and cheery vs the other person that was there.

I'm starting my third month with Premiere. The staff are very kind and helpful. Maintenance issues have been dealt with in a timely manner.

Very nice apartment and complex.  Great staff and customer service.  I would definitely recommend them as a place to stay ;)
