People were nice, but the rate was extremely high. I parked for 20 minutes, as my two dogs were overwhelmed, which I thought may happen. Because my car is "oversized" they charged me an extra $6 or so... not posted anywhere... and I was there for literally 20 minutes... no exceptions.... I'll uber next time...

Depending upon traffic barriers, and the time of day, it may be impossible to get to this parking garage, unless you travel the wrong way down a one way street.

Great place to park, but be warned.  Leave NOTHING in your car of any value.  They do not even ATTEMPT to hide the fact that they have rifled through all of your possessions. This happens at least 75% of the time we park here.  Today they brought my car down with charger cables, sunglasses, etc. strewn all over the passenger seat.  If you are going o steal my stuff.....at least TRY to be stealthy about it.

They were very prompt and the staff was always pleasant. Will definitely suggest this lot to anyone visting the New Orleans area.

Employees are thieves.  They steal from your vehicle and leave your car parked unlocked and windows down.  They are owned by the Hotel Monteleone, and forget getting the hotel to investigate.  Nobody over there cares.
