Love Prep'd. Fast easy and healthy options that are delicious! Have been disappointed with the quality of the salmon recently which had previously been my favorite meal.  It's a little expensive but used to be worth the price based on the quality.  I've voiced my concern and just waiting to see if they respond,  hopefully they will respond.

It is a little pricey but cheaper than eating fast food three times a day and a heck of a lot cheaper than type 2 diabetes, heart disease, stroke etc.
