I've only been in for a consult. I'm hoping their surgical skills will match the beauty & high-tech of their office. It's nice. Everyone was polite enough however since I was just going in for a consult I did not write in my social security number on the application. This sparked a trip to what I will call the insurance interrogation room. I was asked twice how long I lived here. I was asked twice what I do for a living even though I had written that down. And I was also asked many questions about what my job entails and how long I've been at it. Along with encouragement to keep talking so that they would get to know me better. This was all extremely weird to me. I was very clear on the application that I did not have insurance, that I would be paying for it outright. This was all surprising since I thought it was just going in to be told what I might need done to my teeth. The consult cost more than $100. I thought it would have been more polite of them to include that in the surgery itself later, I had no idea I was going to be forking out money for a consult. I guess that makes me behind the times. Still trying to decide if I'm going back there or not.

First visit to this group and very pleasantly surprised. From the facility itself to the staff, hygienists, receptionists and Dr Walker himself, everyone worked hard to make sure I was comfortable and that all my questions and concerns had been addressed. They even supplied me with a goodie bag of items that I could eat which would go down easy following the surgery. In addition to the food / beverage items there were gauze pads and even tea bags to use in case the surgical site was bleeding. Very impressed with the entire operation and would recommend this group to anyone needing periodontal work.

Dr. Walker and Dusty are a great team. My teeth present many issues to them. I have every confidence that they always do their best for me. They work closely with my regular dentist as well. I recommend them for anyone.

Prescott Periodontics was again there for me. A professional team. My dentist had installed a crown and abutment on the implant installed by Dr. Walker and he did not get it right and refused to admit it was loose and not installed correctly. He did do the right thing by sending me back to Dr. Walker to take a look at it and after an hour in the Chair, Dr. Walker took it out, and got it put in correctly. Now firm and a good implant. I say go with this Professional team that will be there for you if you need them. BTW, they did not charge me a dime to fix this, and it was not thier problem.

I had a bad implant placed in Mexico. Dr.Walker teamed up with Dr.Larson and took incredible care of me. Dr.Walker is compassionate and extremely gentle. His office is amazing as well. I couldn't be more happy with my outcome.
